Mature Preneurs Talk with Diana Todd-Banks

Dec 24, 2017

Claudia Braun talks about the gremlins in her closet. Discussing her messed up relationship with food from about 10 years old, Claudia says food was a place she ‘hid out,’ it was her private world, food kept her feeling safe and protected but it also prevented her from putting herself out into the world. That place of using food had her feeling not good about herself and the more she ate the worse she felt. As she got older it consumed her, from trying to fix her problem or being caught up in the problem.  Claudia said there’s a quote by Albert Einstein that says, ‘The mind that caused the problem, cannot fix the problem.’ This made her think. So how did Claudia transition from where she was?  ‘I got to the place where I was sick and tired of my story sick and tired of doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.’   Then an incident occurred that changed her life. She looked around to see who could help her situation and found a great professional who helped her albeit slowly and every step along the way Claudia felt better about herself she wanted to share that with others.  When she turned 50 Claudia decided ‘ From now on I want to be committed to me’. So her life progressed to today. Claudia is now helping others to clear through some of the clutter in their head. She says all these ideas and beliefs can take you off being your best self and a most alive being. In Living Your Best Self By Going Within, you’ll have the tools to start putting you at the centre of your life and being more present and available to those you care about and love.

At the end of the podcast Claudia provides you with a link for 7 Days To Feeling Fabulous Everyday.
